The Plots

We have a wide variety of PLOTS for you to install your mobile home. All of them have incredible views of the valley and are in a very green woodland área.

The sizes vary according to the plot, location and the mobile home that you are going to install, starting from a minimum of 100 m2. The maximum size is up to you, as long as it is possible.

Once you have chosen your plot, the maintenance team of El Balcon de Pitres will take charge of building the platform to level and anchor the mobile home. If you still do not have a mobile home, we can offer a wide range of makes and models. We also have wood cabin makers.
If you need it we can offer the services of a company who will transport your mobile home to the complex. The maintenance team will take charge of anchoring it on the platform and installing water, electricity and gas supply.

Once installed on your plot, we have qualified staff that will take charge of conditioning your plot and decorating it to your taste: We set up decking, walls and verandas that are typical in La Alpujarra, and we do brickwork…

Being in the centre of a Natural Park, we recommend that all our residents adapt their plots to the surroundings, using natural elements as much as possible, like grass, wood, plants, trees….

We also have connection to internet by Wi-Fi, telephone line by radio frequency and television by satellite.
