The BALCÓN DE PITRES is a campsite with registration number C/GR-180016-E equipped with camping area, wooden cabins, bungalow-rural apartments and houses tipical alpujarreñas. Located in the heart of the Alpujarra, 800 metres from Pitres, a town of approximately 500 inhabitants which has numerous services: Health Centre, Pharmacy, Bank, Hotels, Supermarket, Church …

The campsite is located at 1300 m altitude, on the sunniest southern slope of the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada, and is divided into several terraces from the rest at different levels, allowing you to enjoy many hours of sunshine a year.

The BALCÓN DE PITRES was born in 1987 as a campsite; during the following years wooden cabins, bungalows-rural apartments and houses alpujarreñas are incorporated for seasonal rental.

It has several sanitary modules, all equipped with free hot shower. Access to caravans and all types of vehicles.

Finally, it is completed with a Bar-Restaurant, Pool, Reception and Sanitary Modules.
