ANTICIPATION:
To formalize the reservation a 20% of the total amount of the stay must be paid, for any type of reservation of plots, bungalows, cabins and houses.
Bank charges generated when making the reservation by bank transfer will be charged to the client.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we will charge the advance payment to the credit card provided by you. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, you must do so within 72 hours.
CANCELLATIONS:
In case of cancellation of a reservation, the following procedure shall apply:
Low season reservations:
- Cancellation more than one week in advance, the deposit is kept for another occasion.
- Cancellation during the same week, 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
Medium/high season reservations (Easter, special holidays and vacation period from 1/07 to 30/08):
- Cancellation 15 days or more in advance, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 15 days in advance and more than 7 days in advance, 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the entire advance payment is forfeited. And if it does not reach the amount of one night, a charge will be made to complete the amount.
- In case of no-show or if for any reason the number of days of the stay has to be reduced, the card will be charged and/or the total amount of the stay will have to be paid.
PAYMENT:
The remaining amount of the stay is payable upon arrival at the campsite, on the first day of stay.
RENTAL CONDITIONS FOR BUNGALOWS, CABINS AND HOUSES:
Minimum reservation of 2 cars, except in August when the minimum reservation is 3 nights.
Pets are allowed, in compliance with the regulations, provided they have been vaccinated and their owner is responsible for their cleanliness and the collection of their excrement, if any.
In high season, arrival is from 1:00 p.m. onwards. and until 20:30 h. and departure before 12:00 noon. (In case you are interested in another schedule, please consult directly with Reception).
On the day of departure, the bungalow, cabin or house must be left tidy and in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
